Service Learning

Quality Enhancement Plan

In an effort to strengthen the student learning experience and make continuous institutional improvements, Eckerd is undertaking a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) on Reflective Service-Learning. Implementing a QEP is part of the process for maintaining accreditation by SACS, but is also an opportunity to explore and enhance a program that aligns with the college’s mission. The Reflective Service-Learning QEP (2010-2015) aims for a transformational impact on student learning outcomes in the areas of critical thinking and problem-solving, civic engagement and leadership, and openness to diversity.
