2005-06: Averaged 8.9 rebounds per game third in the Sunshine State Conference and the South Region, and twenty-third in the nation in that category…his rebounding lead his team, which ranked seventh in the nation in rebounding margin...also shot an accurate .583 from the field (84-144), best on his team...led the Tritons in rebounds in 18 games.

2004-05: Appeared in 23 games and averaged 18 minutes per game for the Tritons….placed second on the team in field goal percentage (.478)….was fifth on the team in rebounds per game (4.2)….led the team with 12 boards vs. St. Ambrose (12/31/04), and seven assists vs. Florida Southern (1/22/05)….averaged 3.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.0 assists per game on the season.

2003-04: Appeared in 30 of 32 games…Scored a season-high 10 points vs. Wingate on December 6…Collected 12 rebounds vs. Puerto Rico-Mayaguez on November 16.

HIGH SCHOOL: Hazel helped the Spartans win the Florida State championship during his senior year, and was named to the All-Tournament team. Hazel averaged 15 points, 17 rebounds and three assists during four seasons on the varsity team. He was named First Team All-County, First Team All-State, and Dade County Player-of-the-Year.
