AS A FRESHMAN (2005): Played in 88 games as a freshman...averaged 2.24 kills per game, third best on the team...hit at a .438 clip with nine kills and three blocks in her collegiate debut on August 26...had a career-high 14 kills against Lynn University on September 23.

HIGH SCHOOL: Carter attended Florida State University School and participated in volleyball, softball, and track for the Seminoles. She was a member of the North Florida Volleyball Academy, where she was coached by Rita Crockett, a member of the USA Volleyball Olympic Silver Medalist team.
