HIGH SCHOOL: Russo attended Shades Mountain Christian High School where she lettered in varsity sports for three years. Besides soccer she played volleyball, basketball, and ran cross country. She was also a captain. She was a scholar athlete and belonged to Hoover phantoms soccer. She made honor roll all four years of high school and was on the National Honor Society for two years.
