AS A FRESHMAN (2005): Played in 26 games as a freshman...registered a .235 attack percentage off the bench for the Tritons, fourth-best on the team...was named to the SSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Gibson was a three-sport athlete at Eastside High School, paricipating in track, cross country, and volleyball for the Rams. She was Gainesville Player of the Week and First Team All-County. She was a member of the French Club and a two year member of the National Honor Society. Gibson was an honor roll student for four years. She also graduated from International Baccolaureate.

PERSONAL: Born July 19, 1987....Majoring in Biology....Favorite athlete is LeBron James....Favorite food is bread....Favorite type of music is all kinds but country....Favorite movies are Finding Nemo, Super Troopers, Anchorman, and Coach Carter. In her spare time she enjoys playing volleyball, photography, listening to music, playing the viola, dancing, and going to the beach....Upon graduation she hopes to get her DPT in physical therapy....Gibson also loves the color pink and drinking smoothies.
