Students are expected to have sufficient funds to cover purchases at the college bookstore <a href=\"https:\/\/eckerd.bncollege.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Barnes &amp; Noble<\/a>. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and personal checks are accepted. If you have been awarded financial aid in excess of the comprehensive cost and would like to use the funds for books &amp; supplies you may do so by submitting a <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/eeKvctLNsFVnHVNW7\">Bookstore Financial Authorization Form<\/a>*. This form will allow the Campus Bookstore to charge your purchases to your student account. You may download the form on the <a href=\"\/bursar\/forms\/\">Forms<\/a> page; please contact the Bursar&#8217;s office if you have any questions or need assistance with the authorization process.<\/p>\n<p><em>*A Bookstore Financial Authorization Form must be completed for each semester for approval and requests for authorization will not be accepted after the close of the Add\/Drop period. Flex Dollars and Triton Bucks will transfer from fall semester to spring semester, but will expire at the end of the academic year. Any student with a balance after all scholarships, grants, loans, 529, or cash payments are reflecting on their semester statement must be enrolled in the monthly payment plan for their remaining balance. A late payment fee will be assessed on payments received after the due dates. Additionally, a finance charge will be assessed on outstanding balances after the due dates each month.<\/p>\n<p><em>A student shall not be permitted to register for a semester until all balances are paid in full.<\/em> For your convenience, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and ACH payments are accepted <em>online only<\/em> through the students eBill account using Touchnet PayPath. Credit and Debit card payments will be assessed a 3.0% convenience or \u201cservice\u201d fee which will appear as separate charge on the cardholder\u2019s credit card billing statement. Eckerd College does not receive any part of the convenience fee.
