Currently, I am focused on ecovillages, which are small communities focused on reducing their environmental impacts and living in harmony with their environment. I am researching how these communities’ planning techniques, building design, social institutions, and community values contribute to the development of sustainable communities.<\/p>\n

        \nConducted Life Cycle Assessment of multiple products, including building materials, insulation, and plastics products. \u00a0Designed environmental systems for green homes. \u00a0Conducted and prepared documentation for LEED Certifications. \u00a0Developed sustainability programs for large corporations. \u00a0Developed and presented training and educational programs in person and via the internet.<\/li>\n

        \n<\/strong>Researched and co-authored Center reports on green building trends and policy. \u00a0Prepared National Science Foundation grant proposals.<\/li>\n
