His research focuses on Plato and Aristotle&#8217;s competing conceptions of justice. He teaches in the Philosophy, <a href=\"\/animal-studies\/\">Animal Studies<\/a>, and <a href=\"\/environmental-studies\/\">Environmental Studies<\/a> disciplines. Some of his courses include Animal Ethics, Environmental Ethics, Philosophy of Love and Death, Path of Wisdom and Virtue, and Aristotle.<\/p>\n<p>He misses Greece, where he spent a year doing research at the American School of Classical Studies, and enjoys martial arts, playing guitar, and training canines in his limited free time.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner column_padding=&#8221;no-extra-padding&#8221;
