\nWitnesses to\u00a0the Witness<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=”No Line” custom_height=”32″][vc_column_text]He wanted us to know, and he wanted us to never know. He told us, his students, that by hearing a witness\u2019s account of injustice, we would become witnesses ourselves. We would then have a responsibility to speak out, to halt crimes against humanity. \u2026 “It is so simple [he said]. I know that one of you\u2014at least one\u2014is going to have the same crazy idea that I have. One of you will try to bring humanity back. One of you will do great things, make time for the noblest of projects. \u2026 For this person, I teach.”<\/span><\/p>\n
