Since 1980, the Leadership Development Institute (LDI) at Eckerd College has delivered high-quality, assessment-based leadership programs to thousands of leaders. As a Network Associate of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) in Greensboro, North Carolina, LDI serves the needs of the national and international business community. BusinessWeek's 2009 ranking of worldwide executive education programs ranked the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) #5 in open-enrollment programs and #3 in customized programs. In a 2009 Financial Times survey, CCL earned an overall #6 ranking worldwide among providers of executive education for the fourth consecutive year.
