All operas are presented with English subtitles.

Auditorium with cushioned seats

The Dan and Mary Miller Auditorium is the perfect venue to appreciate a simulcast program without sound intrusion from adjoining theaters featuring loud blockbusters.

The state-of-the-art Miller Auditorium features:

  • Complete system for the hearing impaired
  • 374 upholstered, cushioned seats
  • 12’ x 26’ projection screen

Best seats in the house

Cameras are carefully positioned throughout the theater to ensure the cinema audiences get the “best seat in the house” view of each production.

Dining and parking

Arrive early. Stay late. Bon Appétit at Eckerd offers several dining options for lunch and dinner before or after each performance. Looking for a warm beverage or light snack? Starbucks® in the James Center for Molecular and Life Sciences is open during the academic year. Dining hours are subject to change. Do’s and don’ts

We strongly recommend patrons bring a light jacket or sweater and ask everyone not to smoke in any area of the building and not to use photographic or recording equipment during the simulcast.
