On our program, we’ll start in Moscow beneath the tall towers and walls of the ancient Kremlin fortress, seeing the Armory Museum, Lenin’s Tomb, and St. Basil’s Church in the Soviet and contemporary capital of Russia. Then travel by high-speed train to the imperial capital of Saint Petersburg, where the “Venice of the North” will stun you with its picturesque canals, enormous and ornate Orthodox churches, and perfectly preserved imperial architecture. You’ll get to see the world-famous art collection of the Hermitage, tour the imposing Sts. Teaching for OLLI
OLLI’s instructors are its lifeblood—they deliver great content, facilitate meaningful discussions, and keep OLLI members on their toes with new perspectives. Each term OLLI welcomes back veteran instructors who have been with OLLI for years, while also introducing new instructors that have come to us via member recommendation, staff research, or their own outreach.
We are looking for presenters in all range of disciplines but especially seek those who teach in the following disciplines: art, current affairs, Florida studies, history and science.
OLLI has three terms: Fall (September–December), Winter (January–April) and Spring/Summer (May–August). Most programs are offered on weekdays.
