What exactly is financial aid?
Financial aid is a comprehensive term used to describe all types of assistances that is awarded to attend college. Scholarships, grants, loans and work programs are all types of financial aid. Financial aid may be awarded based on individual merit. Or it may be awarded based on financial need.
Eckerd College awards nearly 20 million dollars in institutional scholarship and grants to 91% of the student attending our residential program. Over 38 million dollars in financial aid is received by 94% of students attending Eckerd College. Please click on the links below to learn more about:
