Students chosen to become Eastman Leaders—such as our first cohort of 2020—are inquisitive, driven and eager to learn. The program is open to sophomores who will participate in the program their junior and senior years. Eastman Leaders are awarded $7,500 to enable participation in the most essential high-impact practices of a liberal arts and sciences experience such as study abroad, service-learning and internships.
Graduates of the Eastman Leaders Program are committed to helping those who follow in their footsteps. Giving back to the Eastman Leaders Endowment over one’s lifetime is an essential element of membership that sustains the program and cultivates deep, meaningful relationships between the Leaders and their alma mater.
